For Makeup and Hair Styling

  1. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required for makeup and styling bookings.
  2. We will travel around the Auckland central region to your place on your wedding day. If your venue is within 15 km from Mt Roskill, the travel fee is free. If the venue is over 15 km, the travel fee will be applied at $1 per km. Parking fee is payable by customers.
  3. For trial makeup, the service is only provided at our shop. You are welcome to come visit us by appointment.
  4. Booking fee have to be paid in full at least one week before the wedding day.
  5. Please give at least one week notice if you change your booking date.
  6. L’amour Voucher exclude Mary Kay Product.

For Gown Hire and Accessories

  1. A deposit of $100 is required for hiring wedding dresses and $40 for hiring jewelry. Payment has to be made in full for confirmation of hiring items.
  2. Any damage or lost to rental items will incur a full price of the products.
  3. All rental items are priced for one day and required to be returned the following day. Any item not returned on the due date will be charged 100% accordingly.
  4. A 30% deposit is required when ordering a wedding dress to be made. The remaining 70% is payable when the dress is completed. No refund for cancelation.
  5. Please give at least one week notice if you change your booking date.
